In her words

"La citología requiere un largo tiempo de aprendizaje y no se consigue un experto muy rápidamente."

Cytology takes a long time to learn. You don't build an expert quickly.

"Simula muy bien lo que hacemos los hematólogos mirando al microscopio óptico... no solo fotografías de células, sino que tienes información de todo el contexto."

It closely mirrors what hematologists do at the light microscope. Not just pictures of cells, but information about the full context.

"Es una inversión económica inicial que va a tener un retorno positivo en la atención de nuestros pacientes."

It's an initial investment that will pay back in the care of our patients.

Why it matters

Labs are seeing more samples every year, with fewer specialists to review them. Full-Field™ imaging gives hematologists the same wide view they rely on at the microscope, for both peripheral blood smears and bone marrow aspirates. See the clinical impact labs are reporting.

Scopio Labs' Full-Field Peripheral Blood Smear application is CE marked and FDA-cleared, and it's commercially available across the U.S., UK and Europe and other territories.

Scopio's Full-Field Bone Marrow Aspirate Application is CE-marked and cleared for sale in CE countries as well as in additional regions. Pending FDA clearance in the US.
