What you’ll be doing
The Program Manager will be part of the program group within our operations team. This group is responsible for planning, control, and coordination of all operations activities, such as production, quality assessments, inventory control, supply and technical support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing operations projects and activities and developing projects plans.
Coordinating, monitoring, and tracking execution with operations teams and vendors.
Work on a daily basis with R&D, Product, Production and the inventory to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Ensuring device availability and allocations for new customers.
Coordinating between sales and the technology group for new customer installations and device shipments.
Maintaining accurate customer records, updates, and support.
Work with our Production Sub-Contractors on new products development, for processes implementation and spare parts definition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years experience in operations or projects management
- Good technical and systems understanding
- High-level English
- Driving license is required (3-4 days a week from Moshav Mazor)
