What you’ll be doing

  • Ten years of experience in high tech with at least five years of customer program management or customer success experience in a multi-disciplinary, global organization
  • Experience successfully executing large-scale projects with ambitious timelines and dependencies
  • Proven success in a matrix-management, multi-disciplinary environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and manage delivery
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • High-level English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working across multiple geographies, including the US and Europe
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Working with Scopio’s product, operations, business development, marketing, partner account, and management teams to deliver strategic partner programs
  • Delivering all program aspects - commercial, technical, and operational
  • Delivering programs on time, within scope, and in close coordination and review of Scopio executive management
  • Coordinating and running internal and external meetings to track projects status and deliverables
  • Analyzing and mitigating program risks and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Helping to shape product releases, planning, customization, and operations activities based on partner requirements, serving as the partner’s representative and keeping partner informed of those
