What you’ll be doing
- Ten years of experience in high tech with at least five years of customer program management or customer success experience in a multi-disciplinary, global organization
- Experience successfully executing large-scale projects with ambitious timelines and dependencies
- Proven success in a matrix-management, multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and manage delivery
- Strong understanding of software and hardware
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- High-level English, both spoken and written
- Experience working across multiple geographies, including the US and Europe
- Willingness to travel as required
- Working with Scopio’s product, operations, business development, marketing, partner account, and management teams to deliver strategic partner programs
- Delivering all program aspects - commercial, technical, and operational
- Delivering programs on time, within scope, and in close coordination and review of Scopio executive management
- Coordinating and running internal and external meetings to track projects status and deliverables
- Analyzing and mitigating program risks and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Helping to shape product releases, planning, customization, and operations activities based on partner requirements, serving as the partner’s representative and keeping partner informed of those
