The Company

Scopio Labs has built and deployed the powerful and industry leading ScopioVet Digital Cytology System. Digital Cytology allows vet hospitals to scan and send cytology and hematology cases to a global network of clinical pathologists, who provide their interpretation within an hour. This is a huge leap when compared to the current status quo; a 1-5 day turnaround when samples are sent via courier to a reference lab.
Scopio is also bringing innovative AI tools to the market, providing digitized samples that improve efficiency and accuracy in the clinic for tests like platelet count estimates and more.
We seek a Sales Development Specialist to help generate sales of the ScopioVet Digital Cytology System in the EU.

  • Contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the ScopioVet team, coordinating vital activities to ensure
    timely execution of post sale activity including installation, training, billing/invoicing and reporting.
  • Improve the productivity of the sales team by managing all incoming leads. Nurture high value Marketing Qualified Leads in order to push them to Sales Qualified Leads quickly. Identify, assign, create opportunities, introduce any leads immediately to the correct sales director.
  • Confirm each scheduled demo (pre and post) and update opportunity record accordingly, send post
    demo token of appreciation via Thnks
  • Assist sales reps that may be in the field with running demos virtually and/or conducting demos in
    1-2 doctor practices.
  • Upload agreements in Salesforce along with all opportunity related information
  • Improve communication and expedite execution of installations and trainings in Monday.com
  • Maintain clean Salesforce records, prepare reports/dashboards to reflect KPIs

 
Experience: 

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the veterinary industry is required.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals through the development of new customers.
  • Ability to effectively manage sales operations internally.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce preferred.
  • Highly motivated and organized, able to work independently as well as a team-player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
