The Job
Scopio is looking for a product designer to lead the full product design cycle from research through prototyping and design and usability testing. You will report to the product design team leader and will play a crucial role in establishing design strategy. You will also bridge the gap between design and engineering teams to deliver essential products to the world’s leading healthcare providers.
What you’ll be doing

- Creating prototypes and tests for user testing
- Creating flow charts and user journey diagrams
- Conducting product research based on customer feedback, data, competitor analysis, and more to support design and product recommendations and decisions
- Collaborating with product, R&D, business, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience and sophisticated look and feel
- Translating designs into detailed specification documents
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A start-up mindset and hands-on mentality
- 3+ years of experience in UX and UI, preferably with a web design orientation
- Understanding of the product lifecycle from research through usability testing
- Mastery of clear and accessible design specifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Pixel-perfect design sense with proficiency in visual and interaction design principles
- The ability to collaborate and brainstorm with all kinds of people with diverse skills
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies, products and workflows
- Proficiency using industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma)
- A multi-project portfolio that demonstrate experience in crafting usable digital interfaces
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML
- English fluency
